Independent
by design.
Attention is the scarcest asset. We represent the people who command it.
Los Angeles / New York / Amman
The athletes, artists and creators who move culture were being managed like inventory. Big rosters. Thin attention. Deals that optimized for volume, not for legacy. We built the opposite.
Collective Culture is a sports, entertainment and culture agency founded in 2026, with offices in Los Angeles, New York and Amman. We operate on a single conviction: attention is the scarcest asset, and we represent the people who command it.
Our work spans talent representation, brand partnerships, sports and sponsorship, entertainment and IP, cultural strategy, and a content studio that delivers cinema grade work in days, not months. We keep the roster deliberately small. Fewer clients means deeper commitment, sharper strategy and bigger swings.
Where it starts: the walk out
Founder led means the person you meet is the person who thinks about your work. Independent means the advice is not shaped by a holding company's inventory. Selective means we would rather do less, better.
Faris built his career in partnerships, where the deal is only the beginning. At IBM Security he ran a global partner ecosystem across resellers, technology alliances and system integrators, launched a new sales channel from the ground up, and grew a $400 million portfolio at two to four times market CAGR. That work spanned North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
In 2023 he turned that discipline toward the industry he had always followed more closely than his own. Through Collective Culture he has advised sports, entertainment and media organizations on partnership strategy, sponsorship development and activation, building the business cases that tie every partnership to a number, and the systems that keep it accountable after the press release.
He is the author of Fandom Economics, a framework for translating the movement of culture and the creator economy into commercial strategy, and the point of view that runs through everything the agency publishes.
Faris works between the United States and the Middle East and is native in English and Arabic.

Small by intention. Serious by default.
Selective, on purpose
A small number of engagements at a time. Depth of attention is the product, and we protect it by saying no more often than yes.
Senior on every account
The person you meet is the person who thinks about your work. No handoff to a junior team after the pitch.
Globally minded
Culture does not respect market boundaries. We think across regions and take local fluency seriously enough to work with people who live it.
Commercially rigorous
Cultural fluency without commercial discipline is a hobby. Every recommendation arrives with the same question already answered: what does the business get, and how will we know.
- 01
The community's answer matters more than the campaign's reach.
- 02
Design the value exchange before the deal memo.
- 03
Participation beats exposure, every time it is offered.
- 04
If it cannot be measured honestly, it cannot be defended.
- 05
Fewer clients. Bigger swings.
Los Angeles.
Entertainment. Where the stories are made and the talent lives.
New York.
Brands and media. Where the partnerships are funded and the deals are papered.
Amman.
A region whose cultural moment is arriving. Where the next decade gets written.
What we are not
We are not a volume shop. We are not a social media agency. We are not for everyone, and we love that.
If this sounds like
your kind of agency.
